COMPLETE
Once we've agreed to move forward, you’ll receive a link to complete your intake forms through a secure client portal. These forms include necessary paperwork and background information to help me better understand your concerns and goals for therapy and must be submitted prior to our initial session.
ATTEND
In your first session, we’ll explore more about what brought you to therapy and begin building a plan tailored to your specific needs. We’ll also discuss your scheduling preferences to ensure ongoing sessions fit comfortably into your routine. This is where we’ll start developing a collaborative relationship to help you achieve your goals and move forward on your path to growth and healing.

What should I expect in my first therapy session?
In your first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and create a plan tailored to your needs. It’s also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have and for us to get to know one another.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by contacting me through my contact form, email, or phone.
What types of services do you offer?
I offer individual, couples, and family therapy.
Do you offer online therapy sessions?
Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, depending on what works best for you and your schedule.
How long is each session?
Sessions typically last 45 minutes (i.e., a clinical hour), but this may vary depending on the type of service and your specific needs.
How often will we meet?
The frequency of sessions depends on your goals and needs. Some clients prefer weekly sessions, while others may find biweekly or monthly sessions more suitable. We’ll discuss what works best for you during your first session.
What is the cost of a session, and do you accept insurance?
My rate is $175/hr. I do not accept insurance, but can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You can manage your appointments through the client portal or contact me directly.
How do I access the client portal and complete intake paperwork?
Once you schedule your first session, you’ll receive an email with a link to the client portal where you can complete all intake paperwork and manage your appointments.
